Extremadura has recognized four different types of denominations, with different delicacies, such as:
PROTECTED DESIGNATION
Monterrubio oil, Jerte Cherry, paprika from La Vera, La Serena Cheese, Honey of Villuercas and Los Ibores, Oil Gatas - Hurdes, the Torta del Casar, Dehesa de Extremadura, Cheese Ibores and Ribera del Guadiana.
SPECIFIC DESIGNATIONS
As the Lamb and Beef from Extremadura.
ORGANIC DESIGNATION
As the ecological Agrifood Regulatory Council of Extremadura (CRAEX).
FAMOUS DESIGNATION
As the black pudding of Guadalupe or Wine Extremadura.
